                                                                                  Luke is the President of Media Brands at AOL, where he oversees the operation of a number of brands, including TechCrunch, Engadget, Autoblog, Mapquest, Moviefone, among others. Prior to this, Luke served as Vice President and General Manager at Yahoo, where he managed Local, Flickr, and Yahoo Contributor Network- an evolution of Associated Content, a media company founded by Luke in 2005. Associated Content was acquired by Yahoo in 2010. Before founding Associated Content, Luke was the VP of Business Development at WAND, a leading developer of search ontology and taxonomy technologies. Luke is well recognized for his expertise in cross-screen digital media, scalable content collection and distribution strategies and media monetization. He is a former Managing Director for TechStars and is an advisor to numerous startups. Luke was selected as one of the Business Journal’s 40 under 40. He is an avid fly fisherman and lacrosse player and serves on the Board of Directors for Charity Navigator. Luke, a native Coloradoan, holds a bachelor’s degree from Connecticut College and a master’s degree from Harvard University.

Danny is CEO and co-founder of ROXIMITY. Danny had a unique mix of schooling: creative arts focused middle/high school at the Denver School of the Arts, and then studied aerospace engineering at the University of Colorado, Boulder. He is a lifelong entrepreneur who has been creating innovative products in the web and mobile space for nearly 20 years. Danny got his start in mobile in 2000 when he created one of the first ever cross-carrier SMS marketing platforms, which was used by Omnicom agencies to deliver millions of mobile messages for their clients. Together with long-time business partner Austin Gayer, he is responsible for founding 3 startups including a peer to peer mobile payment system, a mobile music platform, and most recently, ROXIMITY.
